Designing jewellery that is both vibrant and timeless is no easy feat, but somehow Theodora Warre does it with aplomb. The ancestor of the former crown jeweller, she had an enduring obsession with jewellery - and its talismanic nature in particular - before launching her eponymous brand. Already an alumna of Chelsea College of Arts and London College of Fashion, Theodora went on to study gemmology in Jaipur. It was there that she met the suppliers and dealers that she continues to work with to this day. Now based in London, Jaipur remains the place in which her jewellery is made and provides a steady source of inspiration. Featuring both precious and semiprecious gemstones, each piece of jewellery by Theodora Warre is thoughtfully created with love and care. This same love and care is extended to the artisans themselves, with Theodora passionate about preserving traditional craftsmanship and supporting local communities. She works with a small supply chain to ensure that all materials used are ethically sound and that the craftsmen are paid a fair wage.
We think it might be time to invest in some new jewellery, don’t you?
