Both Rihanna and Fenty have many strings to their bow. And now there's an addition to both, in skincare form. Teased via her Instagram two weeks ago, Fenty Skin comprises a cleanser, toner and moisturiser, which might sound pedestrian - a little 90s Clinique even, but there’s solace to be found in the luminescent skin of its maker. “I wanted it to feel approachable, easy and to take the pressure off choosing a routine,” she said. Don’t mistake easy for just another celebrity skincare line, or simple for that matter. Formulas include dermatologist-lauded ingredients such as hyaluronic acid and niacinamide, oil is omitted altogether, and ample attention has been paid to packaging and the planet. Yes, packaging is made from recycled plastic, and products are refillable. And resplendent with coconuts and melon, they also smell of her homeland, Barbados.

Fenty Beauty was touted as one of the most inclusive ranges ever, and her skincare, with its democratic pricing and navigable product stable is set to do the same. Further proof can be found in the face of Fenty Skin, which belongs to 25-year-old gender fluid, Detroit native Jazzelle Zanaughtti. Better known by her handle @uglyworldwide, her Instagram is a visual feast of experimental make-up and eyebrows gone AWOL.

TOTAL CLEANS’R REMOVE-IT-ALL CLEANSER, £20

FOR: Taking off the day because according to RiRi “make-up wipes can be cancelled.” A creamy makeup remover-cleanser hybrid, it's full of vitamin C rich cherry.

FAT WATER PORE-REFINING TONER SERUM, £25

FOR: Aside from having an excellent name, this evens out skin tone, adds clarity and reduces pores and dark spots. Fat why? 'Cause it’s thicc' texture wise - more like an essence.

HYDRA VIZOR INVISIBLE MOISTURIZER BROAD SPECTRUM SPF 30 SUNSCREEN, £30; refill £25

FOR: Hydration, sun protection and skin brightening. The invisible bit sounds like a fake word that people use to describe beauty products, but reviews online suggest this is the real deal.
