Our favourite make-up artist is back to business. After parting ways with her namesake brand, selling her shares to Estée Lauder four years ago, Bobbi Brown has just opened a new beauty chapter. Here is everything you need to know about Jones Road, her new clean beauty makeup line.

Jones Road is the ultimate no-makeup makeup. “It has always been my philosophy that makeup should enhance your natural features, not cover them up and Jones Road does just that,” says Bobbi Brown on her website. Working from home during lockdown, she understood that one does not need a lot of makeup products. However, we all care about the quality of those we do use on the reg. “Jones Road was born from a search for something that didn't yet exist. Because it didn't exist, I had to create it," the makeup artist continues. "What I wanted was the makeup equivalent of a Swiss Army Knife: easy, cool, multi-purpose products that could be used to nail any look, whether it be no-makeup makeup or something with more drama”.

At the moment there are six hero products for all skin types, ages and skin tones, all created based on the highest clean beauty standards. According to the brand’s website, Brown eliminated more than 2700 ingredients to create the perfect formula. So, what can you expect? A Miracle Balm with jojoba and argan oil for cheeks, lips, and eyelids, that comes in four shades (which you can wear "alone or on top of foundation to highlight the skin”).

A cruelty-free and conditioning mascara, for perfect lashes (Brown promises that you won’t even need to reach for your eyelash curler). There is also a Cool Gloss - a lip gloss which also doubles up as a sheen for your face and lids - that comes in five shades. Other highlights? The Best Pencil for a sharp graphic line, or to create the perfect smoky eyes; Sparkle Wash liquid glitter eye-shadows; and Just a Sec eye tints, with colours ranging from golden peach and pewter to icy pink.

Most of the products are already available on the brand’s website, with prices ranging from $22 to $68. Though, sadly it’s not available to buy in the UK just yet. Watch this space.
