Shangri-La Hotel, Dubai is launching its Masters of China series this February, complete with culinary kings from around the world. The programme, which will run throughout the year, will see visiting Chinese chefs from across the Shangri-La brand internationally, descend on Dubai to create limited-edition gastronomic menus. The guest chefs will showcase traditional as well as innovative cooking techniques that are employed in contemporary Chinese cuisine.
Michelin-starred Samuel Lee, who heads the brand's hotel in Paris, is the first on the line-up offering his trademark cooking techniques and signature dishes to Shangri-La Hotel, Dubai's Shang Palace. Diners can sample chef Lee's best culinary creations including his sautéed lobster, crispy prawns as well as sautéed beef served with mushrooms.
