It's a leading name on the competitive and discerning restaurant scenes of Moscow and London, and now the popular far-eastern flavours of Novikov Restaurant & Bar are coming to Dubai. Already geared up for its soft-launch this week, the eatery can be found at the Sheraton Grand Hotel, Sheikh Zayed Road, headed by executive chef Shane Macneill.

Established by Russian entrepreneur Arkadiy Novikov in partnership with the UAE-based Bulldozer Group (the firm behind Sass Café, Toko, Movida, and VIP Room) the menu features Asian flavours, with signature dishes such as Peking duck, king crab leg wasabi gratin and toro tartare with caviar.

The eatery is divided into four distinct areas, all with luxurious cool granite stone interiors, with leather upholstery and accents of jade. There will be a Bar & Lounge, Sushi Counter, Main Dining Room and Mezzanine Private Dining Room, for guests to explore. We can't wait to dive into the menu...
