Model, style icon and designer, Erin Wasson has walked the runways of Chanel, Chloé, Gucci and Jean Paul Gaultier, has been the face of Maybelline and graced the glossy pages of magazines the world over. Not to mention Erin's personal, unique and delicate jewellery style, and her cool-collected way of life make's her one of the fashion industry's most-loved style icons.
Now, Wasson has launched her second jewellery line, aptly titled Wasson Fine, which comes after the success of her first line Low Luv.
Stepping away from the previous bohemian-esuqe costume jewellery that resembled ancient Egyptian jewellery, this time Erin turns to personal pieces and experiences. Vintage cars, sea life and industrial architecture have been her main source of inspiration. Everything is designed with a meaning and made to be worn forever.
"Wasson Fine is like the past, present and future all at once," said Wasson. "When I look at this, I can see things that I adored from the past reinterpreted. It's definitely like a remix tape."
Wasson began by making body chains and styling Alexander Wang's shows back in 2007. Erin says that it was good friend, Wang that initially made her follow her love and passion for jewellery and start designing her own.
The 25-piece debut collection will be available worldwide in 2016 on WassonFine.com.
