Vera Wang dares to be free in her Spring/Summer 16 collection, presented in New York last night, with a lineup of chic and somehow uninhibited designs that fuse a (on paper) mad mix of active underwear, school-girl charm and crystal crazy. The results were free spirited and oddly sophisticated.

Before her show she explained the reference as "a girl who's extremely controlling and buttoned-up, but in another life or fantasy life she becomes something else." Allowing us to see a more risqué side to Wang, something she rarely ever exposes.
