The Spring/Summer 16 collection from Thakoon Panichgul for his Thakoon label, which now comprises both his main line and his contemporary – Thakoon Addition – line, all in one, seemed to dart between the two concepts. The bulk of the collection felt very contemporary, with more sophisticated elements making an appearance towards the end. 

Elements of sleepwear and swimwear were woven into the collection with an actual bathrobe and pyjama-esque shirts and jumpsuits in pale blue with red contrast piping on display. The opening of the show fell to the die-tie denim section of the line-up which comprised a swimwear-like off the shoulder sundress, pants and an open light-weight coat. 

As the evening elements emerged, so did a new wave of elegance. Soft tulle fabrics and sequins adorned chic dresses. A stand out print here was the black and white leaf print, which was applied to a gown and a sophisticated skin tight top. Discover the collection in full via our gallery below...
