Saint Laurent have just unveiled their largest store ever but sadly these doors belong to the flagship in Omotesando Strip, Tokyo. "The opening of our largest flagship in Japan marks an important step in the development strategy of the brand, both globally and in a market that has been very receptive to Hedi Slimane's reform project for Saint Laurent since its start in 2012," said Francesca Bellettini, Saint Laurent's Chief Executive Officer.
"We are very proud of the opening of the Omotesando flagship in Tokyo as it allows us to fully express our brand image and assortment in a landmark location and further capitalise on the strong potential of the Japanese market," continued Francesca.
Under the design direction of Creative Director, Hedi Slimane the stunning three-floor store features the iconic Saint Laurent's stylish trademarks. From minimalist interior, white marble flooring, light inviting mirrors, golden accents that add that statement Laurent edge and vintage furniture from artists, Gerrit Rietveld and Jay Spectre.
The store will offer the full line of men's and women's collections, leather goods and accessories and in celebration of the store opening, Saint Laurent surf boards that were designed together with Los Angeles-based artist Lucia Ribisi will be available to buy in two designs. Only ten will be available worldwide and are priced at Dhs24,297.
