French luxury label, Louis Vuitton appointed Nicolas Ghesquière as Creative Director back in 2013 and since then we've seen an array of film stars front the brand's campaigns including Michelle Williams and Jennifer Connelly. Now, Vuitton have visited the virtual world for their latest campaign star casting a video game character, Lightning from the Final Fantasy series, as the brand's new face.

Final Fantasy, a popular science fiction and fantasy video game was created by Hironobu Sakaguchi in 2001 and it's now being given a serious fashion injection. Louis Vuitton have partnered with video game artist, designer and director Tetsuya Normura of Square Enix to animate and create the Series 4 Spring '16 ad. The idea behind this new look is to combine the character with the brands futuristic inspiration for this season's collection.
