Designer Jason Wu sums up his Spring/Summer 16 collection in one succinct word: "Glamour." And the ready-to-wear lineup of sportswear-eque dresses and separates, presented at New York Fashion Week last night, is certainly glamourous.

Texture takes centre stage with variations of ruffled embellishment making its mark. Necklines received special attention here, with skinny halters opening up into flourishes of ruffled joy. Elsewhere hems on skirts received their own versions and fluttery sleeves of blouses and dresses complimented the theme. Teal tones stood out as a deeply wearable tone, among black, white and corals. The palette was refined and lively at the same time.

Easy to wear wide-criss-crossed leather sandals in flat and mid-heel variants anchored the accessories and brought the glamour to an accessible every-day level. Discover the collection in full via our gallery below...
