Mauro Grimaldi has been named as Emilio Pucci's new CEO, set to join the Italian house's recent creative director hire, Massimo Giorgetti, making it a double dose of fresh faces for the LVMH-owned label, for the new season.

Mauro Grimaldi, will take on the role full-time this September, after Laudomia Pucci, daughter of the late Emilio, stepped in as interim CEO. Grimaldi brings a wealth of experience to the role, including the most recent post as vice president of sales, marketing and communications at Elie Saab in Paris, and West/Central Europe director for Salvatore Ferragamo before that.

Giorgetti will show his first full collection for the house in Milan in September, following the presentation of a 19-look capsule – dubbed a 'pilot episode' – at Pitti Uomo in Florence. Stay tuned to Buro 24/7 Middle East for more Pucci news.
