New York-based brand, Eddie Borgo has been leading the way in minimalistic, luxury jewellery since 2008. Now, as his style and customer grows so too does his brand, which leaves Buro 24/7 Middle East to introduce to you the Eddie Borgo Spring '16 bag collection.
This four piece collection is inspired by the classic every-day handbag: the shoulder, vanity, saddle and clutch bags. Now Eddie Borgo's reinterpretation of these Spring styles is produced in a neutral colour palette of grey, black, light brown and blush with an accent of Eddie's statement silver hardware.
Net-a-Porter.com will be launching the styles including the Eliza bag, which is exclusively named after Net-a-Porter's Vice President of Global Buying, Sarah Ruston's daughter, Eliza, as a tribute to both of their help and guidance during this design process. Speaking of the collaboration, Borgo says, "Sarah Rutson is a close friend and was instrumental in advising me during the design process of the collection — from the silhouettes of the bags to the leather selection; it was a natural choice to launch on Net-a-Porter. Over time, we have developed an incredible relationship with our Net-a-porter customer; she is familiar with our brand and jewellery, and I know that she will appreciate the thoughtfulness and detail that we have incorporated into our first extension into handbags," continued Borgo.
