Last night at Chanel's Metiers D'art show in Rome the highly anticipated 'Once and Forever' film by Karl Lagerfeld finally made its world premiere, following a month of teasers and sneak peek images.

Starring American actress Kristen Stewart, the short film is a behind the scenes biopic of Gabrielle Chanel, an aspiring actress wanting to play the role of Coco Chanel. Frame after frame, a Chanel-clad Stewart is interjected with a hoodie-wearing woman dissecting her role through a singing, dancing, French-speaking directional story. Directed by Lagerfeld himself, the film was shot at Luc Besson's Paris studio back in July 2015.

The 11-minute film also stars Geraldine Chaplin, Jérémie Elkaïm, François Marthouret, Amanda Harlech, Jamie Bochert, Jake Davies, Baptiste Giabiconi and Laura Brown.
