The BAFTAs kicked things off with their annual day-time English affair held at the Four Seasons hotel in Los Angeles. The star-studded soiree included guests Cate Blanchett, Rooney Mara, Saoirse Ronan, Mark Ruffalo and Ed Westwick. Considered as a "halfway point" in the hectic awards season, a proper British tea set-up filled with traditional English delicacies were put on for the celebrities.
